I wish that I was 8 years old again and got to make a mailbox out of a shoe-box, red and pink construction paper, and doilies, so that I can give out cheap store-bought valentines and those little candy hearts.
Why?
So I could buy cheap store-bought HARRY POTTER valentines!!

Thanks to Laura for introducing me to my sister site:
http://katersbabers.blogpot.com
I am quite speechless.
This must be, how www.google.com feels about www.goggle.com.

This was the conversation Catherine and I had last night:
"Today, I watched the Simpsons."
"Yes, I love the Simpsons."
"They are yellow." (Laughter)
"Yes, and Marge has blue hair!"
"Big, blue hair."
"Yes and Homer is big." (Laughter)
We were speaking in French and bad French I may add, as Catherine called dried fruit:
"les fruits avec non agua," and as I pointed out, agua isn't even French, it is Spanish. She can be excused, however, as she is currently studying Spanish. Every time she agreed with me she said, "Ci, um, oui." And when she got confused with "and" ("y" pronounced ee in Espangol, "et" pronounced ay in Francais), she sound like a certain elderly Scottish farmer.(y...et...y...et....ohhhh).

What is it about a Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler movie that makes me feel nostalgic? They give me a fuzzy, Katherine Hepburn/Spencer Tracy, warm chocolate chip cookie in the tummy, glow.
